Episode 14 pretty much kicks ass. Jacob, Robert, and Kyle gathered via Skype to discuss the new Batman videogame; Arkham Asylum. Robert and Jacob share their review of Gamer, the new movie starring Gerard Butler. And finally, we share our views on the recent Disney and Marvel aquisition. Don’t worry, no mouse ears were added to Iron Man during the making of this podcast.

I heard some great news this morning about one of RFP’s favorite bands, Switchfoot. First, they released their first single on YouTube called, “Mess of Me” with some concert footage. Great song! I hope you all enjoy it. Also, (this may not be new, news) Switchfoot’s new album Hello Hurricane will be dropping on November 10th!
Yes this is Crysis 2, yes it will be available on both the xbox 360 and ps3, yes it does use the brand new cryengine3 , and yes the ps3 graphics so far suck ass (score!)
Assassins Creed was a game that I had huge expectations and was let down severely. After saving the 50th civilian the exact same way as saving the first, I got a little bored, but I still finished the game. Why? Because the story got to me, and this is also why I am so excited for the next installment.
We’ve got a brand new assassin (Ezio); this one is in Italy. He’s got new weapons (my fav looks to be the hammer, or as Elam likes to call them wh-ammers), new transportation (carriage riding never looked so cool), and new ways to be a sneaky, sneaky bad ass. Enjoy the trailer, and look for the review mid-to-late November.
